- Sue Wakefield holds a Private Hire Operator's Licence which is issued by the Public Carriages Office in London. This is a legal requirement for all Driver-Guides. All guides working with Wakefield Tours hold this licence together with the appropriate Private Hire Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
- Vehicles are modern, regularly serviced and comfortably equipped for touring. Larger cars, including sedan, station wagons and mini vans are available on request and will be quoted at the time of enquiry.
- Wakefield Tours tour prices are quoted for each tour, not per person, are valid until 1st March 2005 for up to 4 passengers and include the cost of car, Driver-Guide, car parking fees and local taxes.
- Tour prices do not include entrance fees, hotels, meals or gratuities. When touring a Driver-Guide's subsistence allowance of £75.00 per day is payable in addition to the basic quoted price.
- A deposit of 33% of the full price of the complete tour is required at the time of booking, which will only be returnable in the event of cancellation prior to 28 days before departure date, at which time the balance of the tour price will become due.
- It may be necessary on some occasions to alter the tours in this brochure, since opening times can vary according to the season. Should this be so Wakefield Tours will substitute a visit of equal standard and interest.
- Payment: Payment can be made in the following ways:
- International Bank Drafts
- Money Orders payable in Sterling
- Sterling Travellers Cheques
- Cash
