Sue is one of the United Kingdom's foremost tour guides and has 25 years of experience as a Blue Badge Guide. She has worked extensively throughout the industry, touring both London and the United Kingdom

Sue is an Art Historian having a Diploma from the Fine Arts Centre at the Victoria & Albert Museum together with London University's Asian Arts Diploma.

Sue has worked in the major Auction Houses and the Antique Porcelain Company. She lectures in Fine Art.

She gained the coveted Blue Badge in 1986; this is the professional qualification for English Tour Guides. She graduated with the British Incoming Tour Operators Award.

Sue is infectiously enthusiastic and adores bringing history alive. She is professional, informative and fun - making a vacation in the U.K. a memorable occasion. Sue enjoys working with children and has now written several treasure hunts which combine history with a sense of fun.

Sue has an air-conditioned Volvo XC90 Station Wagon which carries 6 passengers. However she has access to either smaller or larger cars.

Sue endeavours to guide as many tours as possible herself, however when she already has a booking, Wakefield Tours will provide a suitable, carefully chosen qualified "Blue Badge Guide" with a fully insured vehicle. Her other hand-picked guides run their own vehicles, including Sedans, Station-Wagons and Mini-Vans.
